I went in for my front tooth that chipped. I expressed to the doctor that I was unhappy about how my teeth looked. She went over different options and listened to my concerns. I can say she did an amazing job! Thankyou Dr. Shenouda and Daisy for fixing my Smile!! Your amazing. The front office was awesome as well. Thankyou to all the staff.

They were great my dentist and Marcos and Anthony made Me feel so comfortable and at ease

I truly wish I could leave two separate reviews-one for the incredible staff (who deserve 5 stars across the board), and one for a single individual (who deserves zero). Since that isn’t an option, I’m leaving 4 stars overall. Dr. Dimitri: Amazing. Consistently excellent work. Anthony: Great! Always kind, friendly, and skilled. Marco Felix and Kyla Garmong: Absolutely fabulous. Front office staff/Office manager: Awesome and Delightful. Now… Dr. Sandra Shenouda. If you get assigned to her—RUN. Jump out of the chair and ask for Dr. Dimitri instead. If you don’t, don’t say I didn’t warn you. She is gaslighting, arrogant, and aggressively heavy-handed with the drill. Living proof that not everyone who passes boards should be allowed near a human mouth. She bruised the entire lower side of my face so badly that it stayed dark and painful for a month. I’ve had extensive dental work done throughout my life and have never experienced anything like that. My husband goes there too, has had tons of dental work done at once, never had a problem like that either. The inlays she placed in the back of my teeth were a butter-yellow color. When I asked why they didn’t match, she told me, “You’re the first person who has ever complained that their back fillings didn’t match.” I find that extremely hard to believe-unless it’s because she’s only been licensed since 2021. She then claimed it was the only color available, only to later say they could be changed out. No thank you. You already tortured me enough. I had to return multiple times because my crown bites she did were off (I kept telling her they were in the chair, but over and over an over again she could not get it right). After repeated failed attempts, I finally said NO MORE. Dr. Dimitri fixed it—and got it right the first time (not surprised because hes that good). My teeth were in pain for an entire month after seeing her. I am almost 50 years old, and despite having had a lot of dental work (at once at times) over the years, I have never encountered anything like this. If you value your teeth, your nerves, or your will to live, do not go to Dr. Sandra Shenouda. A mirror, some floss, and YouTube tutorials would be a better bet. Dr. Dimitri all the way. Night and day difference. He is outstanding. Thank you to everyone in the office who is always amazing. I appreciate you! It’s sad that one person can cloud the place.
